The hotel is located super close to the heart of the city, so we could easily explore the medieval charm of Auxerre. The private parking was a major bonus for us, ensuring we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our ride. The staff were really cool and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the price was totally decent for a one-night adventure.
The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if the hotel had a happening party zone. As young party-goers, we were looking for a place to have some fun and meet other cool people.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center and attractions. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the WiFi is fast. The hotel also offers convenient on-site parking for a nominal fee.
During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a minor issue with the heating system. The noise from it at night made it difficult to sleep.

I recently stayed at the budget Hotel Du Cygne in Auxerre for a couple of nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The room was basic but had a mini bar fridge, which was great for keeping snacks chilled. Despite being a budget hotel, the room facing the courtyard was surprisingly quiet. They even offered bike storage, which was a bonus. a slightly tired but pleasant stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk from the city center and all the sights. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
The paid parking is not the best value. At 5 euros per day, it seemed a bit steep considering the parking lot was mostly empty.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the beautiful medieval town center and its charming restaurants. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome, offering us a garage to park our motorbike and providing private parking options. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our large family. The unique set up with separate toilet and shower on opposite sides of the room added a bit of fun to our stay. it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations.
My wife says that it would have been great to have more child-friendly options during breakfast. While the breakfast at the hotel was not included in our room rate, we decided to try it out.
